Volunteers of America Colorado Branch offers affordable housing for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families aspiring to own their own home.
We have an array of affordable housing options and are ready to assist in matching applicants with apartment homes. Our apartment buildings offer various subsidy programs, meaning the rent paid by the resident is subsidized either through federally funded project based Section 8, or the tax credit program or in partnership with United Way.
In addition to fine housing options, VOA offers programs and support services at our housing facilities. We have a strong Service Coordination program which matches residents' needs with services available in the community; we have computer centers at many of our apartment buildings, along with meal programs, transportation programs, social activities and several commodities programs. All of these are offered at no cost to our residents.
